Shipping policy

Placing an order with Baz LLC, you agree to the following conditions:

Baz LLC will ship orders to the verified mailing address provided during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information. Baz LLC is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by inaccurate shipping information.

If you need to update the shipping address, please email us at sales@baz.llc with your order number.

Holding Orders

During checkout, you may request to hold your order(s) pending future orders to save shipping costs. You will not be charged shipping until you are ready to ship. A separate custom shipping bill will be invoiced to the customer per instructed method of shipping.

Combined Shipping

Any customer that has multiple pending orders with paid shipping can request a shipping hold until desired time frame. Any shipping overages will be refunded to the customer at time of shipment. Order with confidence!

Domestic Shipping

It is recommended to choose USPS Priority or UPS shipping for domestic insurance and tracking coverage. Any USPS First Class mail (15oz or less) will be available for certain products for cheaper shipping methods. Sales tax will only be collected for NC residence's as we operate within the state of North Carolina. 

International Shipping

It is recommended to choose USPS Priority, UPS shipping or DHL methods that provide full tracking. Baz LLC is not responsible for any delays, damage, costs, fees, taxes, other international customs actions or lost packages due to the carrier. Please contact your country's customs office or website to determine proper procedures in purchasing products from USA.

The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. 

Baz LLC will only be liable for the declared value of the items shipped.

Shipping Insurance & Damages

All domestic orders of $35 and above are insured through USPS and UPS if selected. International shipping insurance maybe requested for a small additional surcharge and will depend on your package size and declared value.

If your order was insured and damaged enroute, please contact us at sales@baz.llc to file claim with the carrier. If no insurance was selected per customer's request, then it is advisable to contact the carrier directly.

Unclaimed & Undeliverable

For any reason, if a package is returned to Baz LLC and not deliverable to the customer, the customer maybe liable for the cost of reshipment. If reshipment agreement is not reached, then a refund minus the original shipping cost will be returned for non-custom orders.

All custom orders are non-refundable.
