Piece of Cake | Packing Puzzle
It is not easy as a piece of cake nor is it cake; Piece of Cake is a Tetris inspired, volumetric packing puzzle with a unique box that adds an extra dimension as the box is its own piece! There are two parallel slots on both sides where you'll need to fill the sides of the box. There are only 4 solutions, but only 1 of those is where the pieces won't slide through the large slots. If you solve this puzzle, you definitely deserve some pie.
This packing puzzle is a culmination of 7 pieces and made from reclaimed woods from our workshop; some exotic, some common, but all of it would have been destined to the scrap pile. The pieces create a 5 x 5 x 3 unit shape to fit into an odd box. The wooden box is made from reclaimed woods that were used for event booth builds. The puzzle is about 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 inches. We have designed the puzzle to give new life to the "less than perfect" pieces from other projects to make something beautiful, unique and fun!
Some pieces may vary in wood species but most will include the following:
Sapele, Black Walnut, Maple, Cherry, White Oak and Ash.
The pieces and box are finished with matte lacquer.
