The Four | Packing Puzzle
Part of the "scrap pack digit series", The Four is a Tetris inspired, volumetric packing puzzle with a piece in the shape of the number four. It's a bit more tricky than the previous packing puzzles as there are three 1 unit blocks glued into the tray that provides a partial mechanical interlocking gameplay. Don't get stumped!

This packing puzzle is a culmination of 13 pieces and made from reclaimed woods from my workshop; some exotic, some common, but all of it would have been destined to the scrap pile. The pieces create a 4 x 4 x 5 unit rectangle shape to fit into the box. The wooden box is made from reclaimed 2x4's that I used for event booth builds pre-pandemic. The puzzle is about 2.5 x 3 x 2.25 inches. I have designed the puzzle to give new life to the "less than perfect" pieces from other projects to make something beautiful, unique and fun!
Some pieces may vary in wood species but most will include the following:
Sapele, Black Walnut, Maple, Cherry, White Oak and Ash.
The pieces are finished with matte lacquer.
The box is unfinished pine.
